The Brigade Bar + Kitchen was opened in September 2011 by Chef Founder Simon Boyle. It has evolved over the years to become what it is today – a warm and personal dining venue focused on wood-fired dishes, made using modern techniques and recipes, using some of the country’s best suppliers.

Our restaurant is built with a social purpose in mind, which is why we offer training opportunities to vulnerable people or those who have fallen on hard times, together with the beyond food foundation.
