    Le Club des Chefs des Chefs came to Brigade. Current apprentices and Brigade staff were able to watch 3 spectacular demonstrations by Hilton Little, Chef to the President of the South African Republic, Cristeta Comerford, Chef to the US President and Mark Flanagan (Vice-Chairman of the C.C.C.), Chef to Her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom.
