My favourite quick and healthy breakfast has to be oatmeal porridge topped with sliced banana and mixed berries, followed by a fresh berry smoothie which is a good source of protein and fibre. Try adding vegetables such as kale to boost nutritional content.”
Here at Brigade, we love breakfast. We open at 7.30am and our menu includes tasty treats such as Eggs Royale and Brigade Style Pancakes with Maple Syrup. We also have lighter options including the dish Leon recommends and plenty of Bircher Muesli and Fresh Fruits.
